inOut is 24/7 installation re-establishing relations in public space. Located in the streets of Prague it aims to activate the area - not formally but through direct inter-action with its users.
The structural concept is based on timber-titanzinc modules. As the modules are being added next to each other they form ambiguous topology with changing spatial character. This setup suggests no particular use or form. Instead, the emerging space is simply put in front of the users and the use is left up to their imagination. What the designer facilitates is not the actual function but more the growth and transformation of space in time. During the structure's lifespan, new modules are being designed and added in relation to the community and changes in potential of the place.
